How You Will Support Us:

 

At the KRONE Backoffice, you bring your strengths into play and are primarily responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes – so that our guests at the front desk can experience the full KRONE feeling: top-quality service combined with genuine passion.

 

  • Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone, and prepare offers and booking confirmations
  • Manage and coordinate online bookings, ensuring clean and complete records in our hotel software
  • Prepare guest arrivals and departures administratively (e.g., reservation checks, registration forms, draft invoices)
  • Assist in organizing conferences – from initial inquiry to offer and confirmation phases, including internal coordination with departments
  • Understand that filing and invoicing are integral parts of daily hotel operations
  • Maintain an overview even when your inbox is full and multiple tasks run in parallel
  • Use your structured work approach to optimize processes and relieve the front desk
  • Speak fluent German and ideally at least one additional foreign language
  • Interact with guests, colleagues, and partners in a polished, confident, and friendly manner
  • Bring prior experience in upscale hospitality and/or with the Suite 8 hotel software
  • Motivation, friendliness, and willingness to learn are more important than perfection – loyalty and warmth, however, cannot be taught and should come naturally
