The Michelin star shines brightly over Hayna. For, in addition to 17 points in the Gault Millau, 3 stars and a recommendation have been garnered in the Varta guide, 4.5 cooking ladles in the Aral Schlemmer Atlas gourmet bible and 4 “F” from the editors of Der Feinschmecker. As a result, gourmet pilgrims from all over the world make their progress to the village that is home to 800 souls in the Southern Palatinate to enjoy the ever-changing delights created by Chef de Cuisine Karl-Emil Kuntz. And the journey is never in vain. His craftsmanship is as impressive as the enormous variety of creations born of his imagination and served with astonishing precision.
