The daughter of this establishment, Karin Schlindwein, is responsible for the hotel business. She paid particular attention to comfort and the achievement of a cosy contemporary atmosphere during the redesigning of the suites, apartments and rooms and the landscaping of the surrounding grounds. She is ably supported by the Chef de Cuisine and confectioner, Karl-Emil Kuntz, whose highly imaginative creations have astounded even experienced gourmets. Not to forget the many employees in service, the kitchen and cellar, at the reception and caring for guests who show a dedication to their labours that goes beyond the call of duty. They ensure that the guest is treated royally through optimum organisation, dilligence and a high degree of personal commitment. And they can always be counted on for a friendly smile.

A fabulous breakfast buffet with a delicious range of ingredients which change on a daily basis will not fail to surprise you.
