Upgrade - the new Gault Millau has been published
In its latest edition, the famous French restaurant guide "Gault Millau" praises Karl-Emil Kuntz for his brilliantly composed dishes full of inner harmony. The guide awards him 18 out of 20 possible points, standing for "the highest level of creativity and best possible preparation". Thus, Karl-Emil Kuntz has been selected among the best chefs in Germany for yet another year.

Fresh local cuisine in the Pfälzer Stube The cozy rustic charm is not the only pleasure of the Pfälzer Stube. Expectations created by the atmosphere are exceeded day after day by the kitchen staff under the direction of Karl-Emil Kuntz, particularly because the regional delights and their interpretation are close to his heart. Whether you are enjoying a menu for two, an important business meal or a pleasant evening with friends - you can expect to experience a culinary crowning glory at all times in our Pfälzer Stube.
Our Pfälzer Stube is open to hotel guest Wednesdays to Mondays from 12 noon - 2 pm and again from 6 pm, and from 6 pm on Tuesdays.
Our brunch is offered every first Sunday of the month from 11 am. The price of 35,00€ also includes coffee, tea, fruit juices and a glass of sparkling wine.
