The Michelin star shines brightly over Hayna. For, in addition to 17 points in the Gault Millau, 3 stars and a recommendation have been garnered in the Varta guide, 4.5 cooking ladles in the Aral Schlemmer Atlas gourmet bible and 4 "F" from the editors of Der Feinschmecker. As a result, gourmet pilgrims from all over the world make their progress to the village that is home to 800 souls in the Southern Palatinate to enjoy the ever-changing delights created by Chef de Cuisine Karl-Emil Kuntz. And the journey is never in vain. His craftsmanship is as impressive as the enormous variety of creations born of his imagination and served with astonishing precision.

Enjoy the gourmet cuisine served by Karl-Emil Kuntz and his brigade from Wednesday to Sunday from 6 pm onwards. Our Gourmet Restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
