With so many gourmet delights to enjoy, we have created a comprehensive sport and wellness programme as a counterweight for you. Swim a couple of lengths in our heated indoor pool in water with a temperature of 28-30 degrees, or take a refreshing dip outdoors in the nearby lake. Keep fit with a game of tennis on one of our outdoor sand courts. Cycle along the idyllic Rhine flats or play a round of golf on the Landgut Dreihof 18-hole golf course near Landau. This club also includes a short par course, a driving range and an indoor golf course. Hikers can discover an extensive network of hiking paths in the nearby Pfälzerwald Nature Park. And those of us who like a more strenuous challenge will find excellent conditions for running or jogging at our front door. Karl-Emil Kuntz can give you his personal tips on the routes best suited to your particular requirements. The passionate runner and marathon man knows the area like the back of his hand.

Rope course in Kandel Adventure Park

The Kandel Adventure is only a few kilometres away. The rope course "strings" its way through living trees at heights of between 4 and 15 m. Safely secured with spring hooks, children and adults both have the chance to climb, balance and train their sense of coordination while simply having fun at the same time!

Golf enough for everybody

Whether you choose the Landgut Dreihof in Landau or the Golfgarten Deutsche Weinstrasse - golfers can find ideal conditions just a few short kilometres from the hotel. The Golfclub Dreihof, which is only about 6 kilometres from the hotel, is an 18-hole golf course with a 9-hole compact range and a 9-hole public short par course. The 50 km trip to the Golfgarten Deutsche Weinstrasse is rewarded with a 27-hole golf course and a 6-hole practice range. There are also ten other golf courses in the broader surrounding area. These include the Golfclub Pfälzerwald in Waldfischbach (9-hole), the Golfclub Pfalz in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse (18-hole), the Golfclub Bruchsal (18-hole), the Golfclub Hofgut Scheibenhardt (18-hole), the Golfclub St. Leon-Rot (18-hole) as well as in the nearby Alsace the Golf de Strasbourg (18-hole), the Golf de la Wantzenau (18-hole) and the Golf International Soufflenheim Baden-Baden (S.A 18-hole). In Mannheim, about 50 km from Hayna, golfers can also enjoy their sport in poor weather at the indoor course in the Golfer's Inn.
